A little bit about me

I am a qualified Analytical Hypnotherapist who studied with John L Moonie HPD, SQHP, GHR in Perth, Scotland.  This qualification covers studies in Direct Suggestion Hypnosis,  NLP,  CBT (Hypnotic) and Self Hypnosis.

 

I can treat many conditions including

 

Weight Loss (Virtual Gastric Band) this often includes helping resolve the reasons why you don't lose weight, or why even when you do you may not keep the weight off.

 

I can also treat you to Stop Smoking.

 

I can assist with Pain Management,

Anxiety,

Confidence Issues,

Jealousy,

Abuse issues,

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,

Stress,

Performance worries, (this could be Exam, work or sport)

Phobias including Dental, Spiders, Needles, Nail biting

I am registered with the GHR - General Hypnotherapy Register and also with the GHSC - the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
